In past years, Durham Summerfest attracted close to 15,000 visitors from across the province. We provide you an excellent opportunity to advertise, market and sell your products and services. Limited number of booths are available for food vendors, truck vendors, bazaar booths, exhibitor booths and community organizations booths on first come first serve basis. Please complete the application and payment below.

    Select Your Booth Type

    1. Food booth in tent - CA$700 (SOLD OUT)
    Price covers both days' rent also include a 10*10 tent, table, 2 chairs, portable hand wash, and lighting for night time.

    2. Non-Food booth in tent (CA$500)
    Price covers both days rent also include 10*10 tent, table, 2 chairs, portable hand wash and lighting for night time.

    3. Food Truck - CA$800 (SOLD OUT)
    Price covers both days rent.

    Corner Booth:
    Available on limited quantity with first come first serve and $100 extra as premium spot fee. This payment is only due once you receive approval from BMK.


    Fine of minimum $5000 will be charged if any vendor has oil, gasoline, or diesel emptied on the floor. Please read and accept our event guidelines and policies before booking your booth.
