Vendor Terms & Condition

Policies & Procedures

1. The event will run rain or shine – there are no refunds for any vendor fees
2. Roadways and gates will be closed during the event and vehicles will not be granted access to the grounds until the end of each day. NO EXCEPTIONS
3. You are responsible for your own setup and no materials are provided by the festival/organizer/city (Except what includes in package).
4. All vendors take full responsibility for any damages caused to the ground, locations, facilities and any other parts of the Metrolinx Go Station /festival site and will be responsible for any costs associated with the repair, replacement or cleaning of any damages they are responsible for. Vendor spots should be left in the same condition that they were upon arrival, including clean up of garbage, boxes, etc..
5. Security will be provided nightly however the festival, organizer and/or town accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to a vendors site or contents.
6. Vendors must adhere to setup times with festival organizers for smooth operations
7. All vehicles must be OFF-SITE 1 HOUR BEFORE the opening of the festival grounds each morning. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule.

Guidelines for Food Vendors

• Food vendors needs to complete and submit the form listed below for approval from Durham Health.

• Approval Form For Food Vendor

• Food vendor to provide Durham Health approval as well as proof of insurance 15 days prior to the event to BMK events & Promotions Inc.

• Food vendors need to strictly adhere to guidelines set by Durham Health. BMK Event & Promotions Inc. Will not be liable if the booth is shut down by Durham Health due to the safety or because of  being non-compliant, and no refunds will be issued.
